God’s gift of Coal. 17th June 2015
Dear Letters Editor,
We will be intrigued to watch how Tony Abbott and his Catholic government deftly contrive to ignore Thursday’s encyclical from Pope Francis. Christianity’s head honcho finally declares that man-made ‘climate change’ is a global threat and nations need to find alternatives to fossil fuel.
Just as interesting will be to see how Andrew Bolt re-fashions he Christian crusade in support of the climate change deniers, and skews his endless editorials to impugn that the Pope was actually saying coal is God’s gift the humanity.
